Daniel Rizza, CPA, is the Managing Partner overseeing the firm’s investment strategies, operations and capital markets. Daniel Rizza started his career at Ernst & Young providing Asset Management Assurance services to some of the most prominent investment managers in the world. After 2 years of exposure to best practices and complex fund and investment management structures, Daniel spent the next 6 years of his career working in Controller capacities at hedge funds, Hutchin Hill Capital and Vernier Capital Partners. Joining both firms at early stages, Daniel had unique opportunities for growth working directly with the C-suite, developing scalable institutionalized protocols and operations.
Entrepreneurial at his core, in 2015, Daniel made his first multi-family real estate investment and subsequently left Vernier Capital Partners in 2016 to pursue real estate full time. Prior to founding Talisen Capital Partners, Daniel joined real estate advisory firm, Berko & Associates, where he focused primarily on corporate bond issues on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. With a varied technical background and experience, Daniel has developed a broad and comprehensive understanding of the investment process, management and operation. Daniel graduated Summa Cum Laude from Binghamton University School of Management in 2008 and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
